The Firemark™ provides enhanced coverage extensions to small intellectual property law firms nationwide. This class of business does not typically have access to these coverage extensions, which include claim mitigation features that provide financial incentives to quickly resolve a claim. Protective Specialty provides The Firemark™ on an excess and surplus lines basis.
